I'm in San Fransisco proper. a white American woman jumps into the car. shes from Seattle, basically hates the rain forever. Her skin is already quite light, but she has this extra layer of white face cream on her, looks almost like the really pasty sunscreen moms slap onto their kids faces in anticipation of a long day at the beach or something. She uses the heels of her palms to methodically spread the cream over her face, evenly distributing the goods into each section as she speaks to me, anxious and collected. I really feel you should learn the language but its so hard the kids just hate language school theres no reason to be there" We both agreed on the importance of kids learning different languages so they would "have an advantage" when they grew up. We both laughed when we acknowledge none of our kids were going to learn their native tongues, at least not from language school lol. In any case its more important to learn to be human, and to learn how to be with other humans. Her 16 year old boy plays hockey and is real good. She wants to see if he can go pro. He was suspended for a week at school though, because he was "shaking" the basketball hoop at school and the whole thing fell and the glass shattered. The principal of the Irish Catholic school was not happy and this boy got suspended for a week. Som felt it was really unfair. Mom too. They didnt even cared if her boy was hurt. Punishment seemed too much. Mom was on her way to take him to the dentist, and then had to quickly take her son back to school to make detention on time. Son is not happy at all, and now calls the principal a "Karen", and hates white women in general. "Am I a #Karen. too?" Son says yes... www.realfriends.llc

I saw Boris my friend today. He's had 2 hip replacements already in his old age, but today needed a ride to the ear doctor. "I am doctor. I am from Soviet Union." "Haha I remember!
